From apply to move-in

See it
In person or by video call. Ask us anything about the flat and the flatmates; if it's a fit, we approve your application.
Pay the bond, sign on your phone
We send a secure link to pay the bond (usually one week's rent) by card; bank transfer by arrangement. The flat-sharing agreement then comes to your phone to sign.
Move in
Your first week's rent is due 7 days after you move in, then weekly by bank transfer.
