What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-service, so you can arrive any time after 3 PM.

Is there parking?

Some apartments include on-site or nearby parking — it's listed on each property's page. If you need parking, just ask and we'll confirm what's available.

What is the minimum stay?

Whole apartments can be booked from one night. Rooms for rent are by the week, with the minimum stay shown on each room.

How does the deposit work?

For apartments, a refundable security hold is placed on your card and released after check-out. For rooms, a bond is paid with the first week's rent and returned when you move out.

Are pets allowed?

Most homes are pet-free to keep them comfortable for everyone. If you're travelling with a pet, message us first and we'll let you know if any property can accommodate it.
